Latest Lecture

TOO BAD I HAD THE FLU!!!! So things that I've learned about the Flu on Tuesday:
1. it's not the Flu virus that's bad ....it's the toxins that the virus gives out that's harmful
2. It makes you feel like you've just been run over by a bus =]... ( that's what my doctor said anyway)
3. You must drink plenty of fluids and sweat it out.....NOT FUN BTW!!!!
4. If you miss two days of class... it feels like your life is over
5. OTHER PEOPLE NEED TO SPREADING GERMS....however that happens =/

What I learned in Tuesday Lecture!!!!

In this lecture I learned about how a studio doesn't always have to be a typical studio space where one goes to create a masterpiece.....only because HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE!!!! , Which I thought was pretty cool... cause studios are so OVERRATED... He described his "studio" in layers. The first was in his head (talk about going crazy lol jk) and how that's where his creativity steams from. The second layer was his computer which was how he did his work... this also lead to other layers such as networking and etc. I found this very helpful because it made me believe that things don't always have to be the "same" when it comes to art, Plus his work was really nice =]  

First Week Of Art School

This summer I attended went to an Art Bazaar  @ Penns Landing.. and I was so excited and overwhelmed with joy and things to buy that I was exhausted when I got home.
Since the semester has started I feel like I've been behaving the same way that I did at the art bazaar , but only the opposite way HA HA!!! I've been running around, excited to meet my residents, but also exhausted because I BEEN RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!! =] so much homework already.... not time to eat healthy... right now I just want to bathe in the sun in Florida with an apple and a nice book =]

I really loved the narrators's argument and also the examples that he used so that i cold relate to it. I LOVE GIRL TALK... and to think that we should all be in jail =] because we all have broken the copyright law at some point in time.... I fought the law and I won !!!! I really liked how the underlain question (among many others) was how can the government possibly say that someone's creativity is not just, because they used someone else creativity ( who probably got it from someone else) and made it their own... they just defined a piece of art within itself.... that's what people do!!!! look at the Shamwow and even different types of clothing and inventions that people have made they all get reproduced in some way shape or form....

I've never realized how a font is used in everyday life... watching this documentary was actually quite scary when it came down to how iconic things are , EVEN FONT!!!! i will probably never view the world the same, which happens whenever a teacher tells me to go out and explore one new thing about the world in which you didn't already know HA HA HA ... well i guess people are always learning!!!! Man oh man now i think i know what it feels like to feel like you're getting older, but not in the "normal" way, but becoming well rounded with knowledge
